1Acceptance of Terms
By using the website shark-capitals.com or any services provided by Shark Capital LLC ("Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our services.
2Description of Services
Shark Capital LLC provides the following services:
- Credit repair and dispute services under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
- Assistance with personal and business funding applications
- Trade line placement services to improve credit profiles
- UGC video creation and brand content services
- Credit counseling and financial strategy consultation
We are a credit services organization, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice.
3Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)
As required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679), you are entitled to the following:
- You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with any consumer reporting agency free of charge
- Neither Shark Capital nor anyone else can remove accurate information from your credit report before its legally required time
- You have the right to cancel your contract with Shark Capital within three (3) business days without penalty
- We are prohibited by law from requesting or accepting payment before services are fully performed
4No Guarantee of Results
While we work diligently on behalf of every client, we cannot guarantee:
- A specific increase in your credit score
- Removal of any particular negative item
- Approval for any loan, credit card, or funding product
- A specific timeline for results
5Fees & Payment
All service fees will be disclosed clearly before any services begin. As required by CROA, we do not charge fees before services are completed. Specific pricing is provided during your free consultation call. By agreeing to our service agreement, you acknowledge understanding of all applicable fees.
6Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You may cancel your service agreement within three (3) business days of signing without penalty or charge
- To cancel, notify us in writing at Info@shark-capitals.com
- After the 3-day cancellation period, refund eligibility depends on services performed and is outlined in your service agreement
- Shark Capital reserves the right to terminate services for violation of these Terms
7Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requested
- Cooperate with our team and respond to communications promptly
- Not dispute accurate, current information on your credit report
- Refrain from applying for new credit during the repair process unless advised otherwise
- Maintain any new credit accounts responsibly
8Intellectual Property
All content on shark-capitals.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Shark Capital LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shark Capital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
